Free Eye Check-up Camp Organized at Kavitha, Ta: Borsad Di: Anand

On November 28th, a free eye check-up camp was successfully organized at the Patel Foundation Tuition Hall in Kavitha village, Borsad Taluka. The camp was a collaborative initiative by Ashadeep Human Development Centre, Vidyanagar, Pujya Ravishankar Maharaj Eye Hospital, Chikhodra, and the Patel Foundation.
A total of 205 participants (92 men and 113 women) benefitted from this camp. A dedicated team of doctors, including Alpesh Makwana, Nupur Dave, and Vandana Rathod, conducted detailed examinations for various eye and ear-related ailments.
During the camp, 19 patients requiring cataract surgery were referred to Chikhodra Eye Hospital for further treatment. Additionally, 75 underprivileged individuals were provided with free spectacles, distributed by Jignesh Patel and Shreya Patel.
Ashadeep staff members were present throughout the event to ensure smooth execution. This initiative reflects Ashadeep's commitment to community welfare and quality healthcare access for all.
