On Republic Day, Ashadeep Human Development Centre, Vidyanagar, in collaboration with students from Anand Institute of Social Work, organized a street play at C.N. Shah High School, Pandoli for students of Grades 9 to 12. The play focused on the advantages and disadvantages of social media, raising awareness about its responsible use and potential dangers.
The engaging performance covered key topics such as:✅ The impact of misleading advertisements✅ Online scams and fake profiles on Instagram & Facebook✅ Cybersecurity threats and digital safety✅ The psychological effects of excessive social media usage✅ Time management and responsible online behavior
The initiative successfully sensitized students about the responsible use of social media and its impact on their mental well-being and academic life. Ashadeep’s use of art and drama for social awareness was highly appreciated.
Additionally, Ashadeep’s volunteers conducted various awareness programs in Napa Talpad, Napa Vanta, Klopspur, Navagam Vanta, Badharpura, Dedarada, Dabhashi, Petlad, and Shahpura, reaching a broader audience with important social messages.
