A one-day seminar on "Effective Management of NGOs" was organized at Ashadeep Human Development Centre, Vidyanagar, in collaboration with Ashadeep, Madhuvan Foundation, and the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) Anand Chapter. The event brought together 34 participants, including representatives from Tribhuvandas Foundation, Sahaj-Anand Charitable Trust, Rescue and Rehabilitation of Stray Animals, Karmaraj Foundation, Mulk and Anjana Foundation, Truptam Foundation, Vraj Charitable Trust, ISTD Anand, as well as interns from Sardar Patel University and Anand Institute of Social Work.
The seminar featured insightful sessions conducted by Dr. Raju Rathod, Dr. Parijat Dave, Dr. Vikram Jogarana, and John Kennedy, covering crucial topics such as:

✅ SWOC Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges)
