Ashadeep Launches Free Sewing Classes in Borsad and Thasra

With the noble vision of women empowerment, Ashadeep Human Development Centre, Vidyanagar, inaugurated free sewing classes in Jakhed village of Thasra and Borsad Town on February 3 and 4, 2025.
These classes, initiated in collaboration with Akshaya Shakti, aim to provide economic independence to underprivileged and middle-class women by equipping them with tailoring skills.
The inauguration ceremony was conducted by John Kennedy, Director of Ashadeep, in the presence of a large number of enthusiastic women eager to join the training program.
This initiative is a step towards financial empowerment and skill development, helping women secure self-sufficient livelihoods through sewing and tailoring.
